MANAGING DIRECTOR – Molefi Setlaleleng is the Director of Showtime Entertainment. He is a seasoned sound engineer with over 10years of event and venue management experience. During his career, Molefi has distinguished himself as a veteran active Dj and leader in the market. What has always been his dream as a young boy is today his pride and joy, and nothing makes him more proud than making sure that the service delivered exceeds expectations.
Prior to acquiring Showtime Entertainment, Molefi was the CEO & General Manager of the Setlaleleng Enterprise. During his ten years’ experience in that position, Mr Setlaleleng was responsible for overall management of the company specializing in hosting variety of events throughout the years including meetings, conferences, seminars, trade & consumer shows, motorsports, concerts, community events, fundraisers and speciality shows in different provinces including the Northwest Province, Gauteng, Free State, Northern Cape, KZN and Eastern Cape
He is a person that leads by example, a very dedicated and hard worker and leader with great expectations and attention to detail.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – This keynote position is manned by Cheryl who relishes the challenge of complex logistics with a burning passion for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude. She is a hard worker with good client liaison and has the skill and ability to organize any event no matter magnitude with the highest professionalism and knowledge through the years of expertise. Channelling her love for project management Cheryl has become a leader in her field of operation.
CREW – Showtime Entertainment has an excellent and committed crew that goes beyond all boundaries and ensure that every item is ready and in place for every event as per client’s individual needs. The positive attitude, dedicated teamwork, skilled knowledge and experience makes this crew valuable, and nothing would be possible without the support and backing of this dedicated part of the showtime Entertainment family.
The amount of ragging, packing, Storing, transporting, fixing, loading and building required for all events is just overwhelming, and it’s the positive approach of this very part of Mega Works that makes it all come together. Our in-house riggers make sure that all structures are built within regulations and that all safety procedures are followed.
EVENT CO-ORDINATORS – An event is only as good as its last success; thus, our friendly, professional and valuable co-ordinators make all events come true through their skills and excellent client liaison. Together with the teamwork and support of the showtime family our event co-ordinators make sure that all logistics comes together and all planning and actions is delivered on time. For this team ongoing client and supplier liaison is a second nature together with attention to detail.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER – with the skill and expertise of our graphic designer nothing stands in the way of extreme layouts, modelling, drawing and designing to any and all objects. She enjoys each moment and gets to live out her artistic and bubbly personality in her work. Whether she is designing from the smallest to the biggest events, she does this with a positive attitude, commitment and outmost pleasure and professionalism. As part of South Africa’s Go-Green vison, we endeavour to deliver design that blows the mind through audio-visual high-tech programs and ideas.
ADMIN TEAM – The friendly, professional and loyal office staff is a blessing in all administrative duties as each person is fully skilled, equipped and has the vast knowledge of performing from the normal day to day administrative works to the biggest event management administration. This team is always ready to take on any job and with the great way of team effort and support all is possible.
